jdm d16a1 engine+ turbo setup
jdm d16a (strongest of the d16's).. purchased from t e k n o t i k.. i have personally put 70km on it (no lie).. purchased with a stage 2 competition clutch kit , machined flywheel.. d16y8 tranny ( best geared tranny for the d16's) and the rest of my d16y8 stuff (alt, axles, linkage, etc)
garrett t25 .48 trim turbo
hf manifold with weiRtech adapter plate
26x8x3 intercooler.. with all necessary piping (aluminum)
450dsm injectors w/ resistor pack
turbosmart v-port bov and dsm 1g bov (for free)
2 step colder spark plugs.
2.5" stainless steel downpipe w/e flexpipe, w/ o2 bung welded in.
new oil feedline from Fluidlyne ($120 value)
greddy aluminum polished catch can
all misc hoses, vac lines.
This can be a very strong swap for any civic. All you need is some fuel management and to weld a bung to your oil pan (can be done for $50 MAX)
The only thing I recommend would be to good the t25 rebuilt. The seals were fine, it just has a little rough spot when you spin the propeller.. but was running fine when I was using it. (avg. rebuild cost 100-250$) depends on where you go. Or buy a 2nd hand t25, t28 or even buy a gt28r BB (t25 housing) turbo. All these will bolt right up since the flanges are the same.
All this can be yours for$2200 !!.. can easily hit 220whp with the right tuner
Price is OBO no lowballers. Pics can be provided if you are serious. D16 is in my car running right now with a exhaust leak and IM leak.. but u can take it for a test drive.. (the clutch isnt even 1/4 broken in yet)
