turbocivic street rep is low. keep going

FS: Chipped obd0 pr3 ecu (b16) etc

I have for sale a obd0 pr3 ecu that was chipped by allmotormark, the ecu has no rev limitor, govenor and vtec hits at 5800rpm. The ecu was tuned for a b series with bolt ons.

i am interested in this, but why does vtec kick in at 5800, when it kciks in at 5000 stock?

because it makes more power up top
