engine swap needed to be done.. in trade for 1991 civic?

well... my gf baught a 1988 crx si with the stock SOHC motor with a new clutch..she also baught a civic with a ZC in in..she would like to do the engine swap..we had it all planed, but got screwed over. soo..i turn to you guys and gals to see if someone here can help us, if someone can do the engine swap. they can keep the civic.and stock engine from crx?? the civics body has absolutlly no rust on it. has a little front end damage..will need new front quarter panel,and bumper. please let me know if your intrested, and what we could do to work something out!

is it a single or double ZC? little more wiring work with those. I charge $200 for a complete D-series swap, where are you located?

also have an OBD0 chipped non-vtec ecu if anyone wants it - $80 itll be chipped to run what you want.
