Cobra radar detector --> cheap
I have Cobra Laser Superwide 4 detector for sale--> Model# RDL-712SW

It's 4 years old and it works. It comes with LCD display so it shows what kind of signal it has detected to minimize false alarms.
The only problem with it is that the power cuts out sometimes, because the DC plug is loose and you have to tape it to keep plugged in and it doesn't fall out.
It is no big deal but may annoy someone so just wanted to point that out.
It cost me $180 back in those days, I am willing to let it go for $30 because of the condition it is in.
I don't travel a lot anymore and in the city any radar detector is useless so no use for me.
