Maybe its just me, but putting on nitrous for the sole purpose of the cool purge effect is by far the epitome of rice. I think everyone agrees that putting a sticker on your car for a part you dont have is rice. Having a nitrous purge is even worse; it means you went through the expense to buy a kit, went through the trouble of installing it and paid $6/lb all to advertise something you dont have. At least with the sticker, it only cost you 10 bucks.
