preferebly somebody thats really good at it...haha i dont trust myself to do it.

It's really not that bad, the only thing I suggest is to leave the headlights in the oven longer than you feel comfortable with. It'll make it easier to take apart.
Since you're willing to pay other's to do it you might want to check out the premade ones on eBay.
