The name is Matt Shiner... maybe snap a pic of each rim so he can see what they look like and the shape there in.. He does amazing work i saw a few pic sof his work and its looks good. I was sent to him by 98Neon so im going to him in a week or two. he can dip them for 200$ in waterloo he will charge an extra 50 for transpotation thoguh so ur lookin at about 250 or so but for 350 he will powder coat ur rims and everythign so they look brand new.
