eh...i think dark colored cars and blakc stripes dont go together. the black wont stand out enough. but i know how it is with you and the other guy at school. my friend mike aka debonair23 on this forum has a red 96 and his is red like mine. i have zr1 wheels and he has stock, he has gfx and i dont, mines loud and his is quiet, still people are always confusing our cars. anytime i wanna do something i gotta make sure its not something he likes

Truthfully, I think if you can get Brent Franker to make a set that's really close to the color of your car but just a shade darker so that it'd be like ghost stripes... not that obvious, but when you look at it just right you'd see it... that might look really hot.

ok i can't beleive no one metioned this yet, white or silver hockey stripes and you can prolly put w/e u want at the end like instead of LT1 you can put like 3.4 v6 or something or you could just run it solid with no text, that would prolly look sweet and be different.

I like the hockey stick stripes myself. In a matter of time they will be on my car..

I wouldn't do a black on such a dark car, like they said it just doesn't stand out enough. If you had a tan interior, gold might not be a bad color choice, but I believe you said you have a gray interior? So I'd go with silver stripes, and that way you could paint your interior pieces silver to match.
