Front End Conversion...help!!
I have a 1994 Chevy Camaro. I currently live in So Cal. I have found several pages of camaros that have the front end conversion. Is it straight bolt on with the 98+ front end? And I need the complete list of parts...if at all possible. I need expert advice from someone that has actually done this project.

Ok, i'll give this my best shot. I'll start with the bigest parts first.
Hood (Id opt for a custom hood since you're at it)
Fenders
Nose
Under nose plastice paneling
Impact bumper (foam piece that sits behind the nose)
Headlights
Headlight brackets
Header panel (piece that goes around the hood latch and holds the nose to the frame)
Foglamp brackets \
Foglamps / these of course are optional
Lower fender brakets
Upper Fender shims (otherwise the front of the fenders sit too far away from the hood)
Despite what many say - it's not necissessary to change the intake to an LS-1 style lid. The Lt-1 style off to the right works fine if not better since if you have a CAI the fog lamp opening on the newer nose tends to work like a ram air. Just somethign to think about.
The conversion is almost a straight bolt up but be pacient. The adjustment to make it look just right takes time. Those headlights are a *****. It's going to take a lot of bolting down, checking, unbolting, adjust, bolt down to make it look just right. I still haven't got everything just right. So good luck but i think it's worth it.

Where is the best place to look for the under nose plastice paneling, impact bumper, header panel, and brackets for the headlights and fender? I know ebay has the major parts like the bumper cover, hood, and fenders...but I'm having trouble finding the brackets, etc.

See that i can't help you with. I came across the brackets by chance - a friend from CZ28.com had a connection so i kinda lucked out. As far as the shims... i'm looking for those too. You find them - let me know. LOL

Dealer = $$$$$$$$
Grant = broke
I try to aviod going to the dealwer as much as possible since they always seem to be the highest. I had a little part of the soft top that i needed about 3 years ago that they wanted $175 for. Found it on Ebay for $15.
