factory or aftermarket radio? It sounds like teh battery wire to the radio is unhooked (check both radio fuses which may also be the one for teh antennae) if aftermarket pull it out and make sure everything is hooked up

no no nook i have the antena cable gogin back to the antana yet the power cable that goes back to the antena to work the motor (which has 3 wires on the plug orange black and green i think) is not there there is no cable running back to it at all where does that wire come from and how can i run a new one

ok it has the plug coming from the motor yet there is nothing to plug that plug inot there is NO WIRES going back to the antena excpet the antena wire itself so where do i run these 3 wires from (black orange and green)

well that is actually normal. 3.4s didnt have an option for power antenna, so theres no harness going back there. it seems whoever had it last installed a power antenna without hooking it up. ive installed a power antenna on a 3.4 so i can help ya out.
well that solves your static issue, but the clock reset sounds like a bad battery connection. make sure your battery terminals are connected properly and completely.
as for the shifting thing, when you press the clutch to shift the RPMs drop and that would slow the alternator so im guessing theres something with the alternator or battery...
either way, take it to a shop. the shop i work at has an interstate tester that can test the whole charging system and its only about $30 to test...might be free elsewhere.

well you have to tap into a power source and a ground. i used the cigarette lighter. the red wire from the antenna is power, slice a red wire (or any color, just make sure it ends up on the red one from the antenna) to the red wire to the cigarette lighter. do the same for the black wire on the cigarette lighter and connect that to the black wire on the antenna. the green wire is the turn-on wire. i ran mine to a switch that i mounted under my radio, but there is a wire behind the radio that i believe is orange. this wire will raise the antenna whenever the key is on.. there is another wire, i forget which color, that will raise the antenna only when the radio is on...so if you figure out which one that would work best.
i ran all these wires behind the radio, under the glovebox, then behind the passenger side kick panel that runs along the door sill. after that i ran it behind the rear seat side panels and up to the antenna. its fairly simple...
