speaker replacement

can anyone have a how to on installing new speakers instead of the bose? also do u have to remove the door panels to replace the front speakers?

ok so howd u do it? also did u have the bose, if so did u have to run new speaker wire to the head unit

I have taken the panels off... and what a pain. There are clips that "unsnap" if you gently pull it off starting with a screwdriver. Be careful cuz they can break. If I was going to do it all over again I would pay someone like Best Buy to do it for me, they install speakers all the time.

when i bought my car it didnt have the stock speakers it had ****** up ones

don't use a screwdriver go to a parts store and buy the right tool for under $5 or buy a box of the clips that you break with that method.to just replace speakers just put new ones in the amp is seperate (I believe)

i have taken the panels off before i kno how to do it i was asking jamie how he did it with out removing the panels
