Q-Logic kick panels

Has anybody had any experience with these?? Do they fit like factory pieces or do a lot of modifications have to be made? Also, for speaker placement are they a good idea?

my friend has them in his SS. he had a TON of stereo upgrades tho. well over 5k in amps, subs and speakers. he had these with w/e speakers idk. im not sure how they were to install, but when you looked at them they looked very factory and i thought they were custom because id never seen them but they seemed to fit very well and looked pretty cool.

q logic makes generic stuff, of mediocre quality. The speakers will make a difference on sound as well as the placement.Custom panels are easy enough to make, a little wood, some fiberglass, and some masking tape all over the floor.

I hate Q-Logic with passion, if you buy one of their boxes the first thing you have to do is seal it.

and hope the wood stays together (they don't use mdf, it's regular cheap particle board)

Yep, buddy of mine had 2 old school Kicker Comp VR's in one of Q-Logic's dual 12inch sub box. When the bass would hit the box would actually flex in and out.
