They're most likely Dual 4ohm, but dont quote me on it. Nitro subs are basement bargain subs. If for whatever reason they actually do sound pretty decent, give the credit to your boxes, not the sub. From what I hear, Nitro subs are comparable to Pyle/Pyramid/Legacy

Well yeah it was a bit of a budget issue being as I support my fmaily of 4 but... it was also that a buddy of mine who has actully got some good credentials in ontario for some of his work, and has ran and sold 3 shops before going to a different field now does this more on the side, But again, of course these are not W6's, or T2's,, or even the only best stereo I had with my old Cerwin Stealths which were retarded in the day... but what he explained to me about how many factories or manufacturers there actully are for subs, you would be surprise at where alot of subs come from... these are somewhat comparable to all the brands you mentioned, but within reason it is not always just about the make but also , WHERE it was made, and what it has been made with, again these are not thousand dollar subs but in the box I built a lil above spec for a sealed enclosure, for what I paid these things hit hard, and even when over pushed, (cause I had to see what they owuld take) they don't do quite as bad as I would expect form the level of speaker that they are,,, The speakers are DVC 4 ohm 350 RMS, max 700 high excursion, aluminum housing, double stacked magnets, don't remember the oz on hand, and rubber surrond. MY amp is a MTX 4001 Mono 2-channel amp, bridged down to 400 RMS @ 2 ohms, running accordingly to the sub. either way I was going to be used but you can just never be certain what you get,,, and with this I can blow it up 20 times this year return for an over the counter return, and then if it is really crap, just return for my cash and go on,,, not bad I think,, and am runing an Alpine 9852 head unit, with Planet audio all round for 6x9's, and component 5 1/4's, with tweats,

and yeah well if I said I was 100% happy I would be lying but for the money,,, it has better sq, and spl, not by a whole load, but it does then the 10" Rockford P2 I took out,,,? in a bass slammer box
