also if somone were to put 10 g in a viper the obvious choice would be the hennesey kit, ye 1000 reliable hp from a twin t's system on the viper engine

civic has no chance

I wanna know how he even got into the car, his size and all. although if your looking bang for the buck your still safer buying the Civic and dump a fraction of the cost to buy a Viper and make it just as fast. Besides who wants a car that, that hick can be associated with.

yea, me wondering the same thing...

it's pretty simple here, only uninformed people like that viper guy get surprised. low-weight civic bubble, plus boost...most simple equation ever. i wouldn't underestimate any boosted civic that i pulled up to in a viper/vette.

did u stop to think how many things/people a civic can be associated with?

i got nothing against a well done, hybrid civic...but i'm just wondering if you thought of the other side?

I personally would have my bet on the civic. Gut it. Boost it. i/h/e along with some other minor thigns and tuning I thnk it would have a chance against a viper.

Off the line the Civic wouldn't have a chance. To run with a done up Viper it would have to be set up for drag. The Viper coudl still handle AND pull off 10's.

WTF are you talking about? i/h/e on a TURBO car, good luck with that Moron!

"I"ntake, you mean remove the IC pipes for a "cai" system?

"H"eader, what remove the exhaust manifold for which the turbo will be mounted to and replace with a 4-2-1 header?

"E"xhaust, just go 2in I guess and forget the minimum 2.5in required for a mild turbo honda system?

Get a ing clue. . .

Viper all the way!

^^^

yeah you could.....but whatever u do to the Civic, if you do that to a V8 the outcome is gonna be exponential....

you gotta remember that most V8's out there are greatly detuned from factory and the owner is left to decide how fast he wants to go and how much more money he wants to dump into it

10g's on a mustang and you have yourself a 9 second car, 10g's on a civic and u have what? 11 seconds?? maybe
