haha... to all you confused people:
I got my spoiler yesterday. Still needs to be painted, Im trying to look for someone to do it. How much do you think is a reasonable price to paint a spoiler gloss black? One guy quoted me 100, Im gonna see if I can find a little cheaper.
But Im hoping to have it in within the next couple weeks

No, I dont live with Adric. He lives about 20 mins away. I thought about doing it myself, I have some painting experience, but nothing this big. Im afraid Ill mess it up.

you gotta start somewhere, if you mess it up....go have it painted.

Something as simple as that would be easy to prep again if you screwed it up..try it yourself..worse case you go and get it painted like you were going to do anyway.

Any suggestions on some GOOD gloss black paint?
So the steps would be somthing along the lines of:
Cleaning, prepping
Primer (1 or 2 layers?)
Couple layers of paint
Gloss/Clear coat?
I paint models a lot, so I usually do these steps... I wouldnt imagine its much different, just a much bigger piece.
