Fuel is now today at 130kr per Liter, and 1 dollar is 65 kr. Gas price has be up and down recently, so for 2 dollars u get about one liter of 95 octane fuel.

No. There are 3.79 liters in a gallon. So he's paying around 8 bucks a gallon. Where I am in Canada it's about half that.
