I did this awhile ago, but I need to start cleaning some things on my car for the car show in August...

The left is when I first got my car, and right is when I got done with it.

I still have some spots to finish up, and I need to get some supplies to do so. Anyone have any good recommendations on what tools/cleaners work well with getting engine grime off in the engine bay?

BTW try some Simple Green or some Super Clean to help get rid of engine grime.

We sell this stuff at work (advance auto) called purple power i think it is, sounds gay but it works amazing..

I got some simple green before I saw your post, havnet used it yet tho, so im going to try to take it back and get purple power somwhere else.. any ideas where to get it? looked at walmart, and didnt see it

simple gree will work well also that's what I use for most things, just don't dilute it a bunch
