BUSTED - The Citizen's Guide to Surviving Police Encounters
Created by Flex Your Rights and narrated by retired ACLU director Ira Glasser, BUSTED realistically depicts the pressure and confusion of common police encounters. In an entertaining and revealing manner, BUSTED illustrates the right and wrong ways to handle different police encounters and pays special attention to demonstrating how you, the viewer, can courteously and confidently refuse police searches.

We need a Canadian version of this . I know when cops come to my house i always go out and meet them in the laneway . Away from the house AND garage . And i close the inside house door behind me . If i,m approached while in my garage i get out of garage calmly and close the doors before officer johnnyf.....in law see,s anything he might consider interesting .
Of course , Canadian and american laws are sometimes quite different . We need vids like this on site for the stuff they are going to try and pull if the new laws go thru.
I always carry a pocket voice recorder with me and my lawyers cell phone number is on my speed dial ..77.

i'd also be curious to know the canadian requirements for searches or other automotive related rights, for example the requirements for an officer to be able to search for illegal modifications (whether you can refuse to pop your hood), and so on.
