Sorry, but I LOL'd pretty loud!! I know it's not something to laugh at, but I don't understand the idea of running from a crash (unless you are the thief stealing the car, and not the owner and/or related to owner)

So, seeing as how this guy wasn't stealing, what exactly was he thinking when he decided to "book it"???? LMFAO!!!!!

Even if he got his documents and plates, is he going to come back to rip out the windshield to steal the v.i.n.?? LOL!!!!
